ERIC E. BORN, D.O.
Dr. Born has been the owner and practicing physician at Parchment Family Practice, P.C. since 1991. He received his Doctorate of Osteopathy from Des Moines University and his undergraduate from Indiana University. His training included a Residency in Dayton, Ohio at Kettering Hospital and an Internship at Westview Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Dr. Born is a member of the International College of Integrative Medicine and is the current President. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy and Regenerative Medicine, Michigan Osteopathic Association, and the Southwest Michigan Osteopathic Association. He has held many leadership positions within the local, state, and national associations.
Dr. Born is a Board-Certified Family Physician as well as a Diplomate of the Board of Chelation Therapy.
Dr. Born has lectured multiple times on chelation therapy, Vitamin C IV therapy, and other IV nutritional modalities.
Dr. Born’s family consists of his wife, Julie, who is the Practice Manager, four grown children, and a grandchild.
SARAH MUNCH, PA-C
Sarah has been an integral part of Parchment Family Practice, P.C. since 2004. She is graduate of Western Michigan University’s Physician Assistant program and Kalamazoo College. She has practiced in family practice and neurosurgery settings. Her interests include neurology, anxiety/depression, and internal medicine. Sarah’s family consists of her husband Mike, and two daughters. She has been a lifelong resident of the Plainwell area.
SHERI STRICKER, PA-C
Sheri joined Parchment Family Practice, P.C. in 2018 after working 22 years in other family practice settings. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University’s Physician Assistant program and Alma College. Her areas of interest are women’s health and pediatrics. She is married to Stephen and has three grown daughters.
